We operate a fabrication facility 200M in length, fully equipped with the latest manufacturing equipment, including saw and drill line, shot blasting, CNC fittings machine and 13 overhead crane-units capable of lifting 10 tonnes each.
Our production process is fully linked to our 3D CAD system ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Our processes are guided by our in-house experts who bring knowledge and experience to our service.
We are capable of producing over 400 tonnes of steelwork weekly, ensuring even the most challenging of schedule is accurately executed. Not only do we handle the manufacturing process using our own fabrication facility, which is capable of executing each stage of the fabrication process.
We have invested in our treatment capabilities, now able to coat and paint our steelwork to your desired specification, immediately after the fabrication process. This ensures our structural steel is finished and delivered to site with the highest of standards preserved.
Our manufacturing procedures are fully accredited by the SCCS for Quality Systems, Welding, Factory Production Control and BS OHSAS. These processes are carefully led by our International Welding Engineer, Fellow of IStructE, CMIOSH HSQE Manager ensuring safety, quality and compliance are always maintained to the highest of standards.
