Commercial for us typically means office space where we deliver our integrated services for the construction and extension of prestigious developments. We are one of a handful of steelwork contractors that are BCSA registered to undertake the design, fabrication, and erection of high-rise buildings over 15 storeys.
Many of these developments, particularly in large cities, can be confined spaces or logistically challenging. These projects typically have little room for material storage, often need just in time, phased delivery. Many of our clients benefit from our high-rise expertise, delivering complex and constricted projects without compromise to the programme.

Education for us means schools and universities where we deliver our turnkey package for the construction and extension of innovative developments.
We are BCSA registered to work on low rise buildings with large open span spaces to allow for flexible configuration of layouts. To meet current and future educational needs of the building during the buildings lifespan. We are have gold standard accreditation with ‘Steel Construction Sustainability Charter’ meaning we can play our part in ensuring your education project is sustainable and achieves a high BREEAM rating.
Retail for us means department stores, cinemas, food and non-food retail units, where we deliver our integrated services for the new-build construction and extension of new developments.
We are BCSA registered to work on all manner of retail buildings. Whether it be flexible single-story portal framed superstores or multi-story shopping centres adopting a shallow floor system or cellular beams for service integration.

In many of these projects the steelwork can be subject to fatigue and as such needs to be designed to BS EN 1993-1-9, BS EN 13001-1 and BS EN 1991-3 being S9, which is the highest possible classification.

Industrial & Infrastructure covers a wide variety of project types but typically includes factories, warehouses, distribution centres, agricultural, airports, rail and road networks.
Many of these can be live environments and we understand the requirements of delivering these projects within and around live environments with minimum disruption.
These buildings can contain cranes with specific loading requirements. We design and fabricate the entirety of the steel frame to allow for these loadings ensuring the greatest level of structural integrity.
