This dual development provides two new mental health hospitals, each with 54 en-suite rooms. Built to a high standard, the mental health facilities will improve the quality of living for mental health patients in Derbyshire.
The developments have multiple roofs on short columns that were attached to the top of a reinforced concrete frame.
The purpose built facilities improves the quality of care and rehabilitation for patients.
