North Brent School is a 5-storey development that will be built on the site of the Wembley High Technology College. Chancel house is an old 1970s building that will be demolished before the secondary school is constructed.
The pupils of the new school are
currently using the Wembley High Technology College and they will transfer to
the new building once it is finished. The development will welcome 1150 pupils once it’s finished.
We asked for feedback for our collaboration at vairous stages of this project. This began when the client was asked to rate our commercial performance for factors such as tender documentation, financial management and working relationship.
We were given excellent feedback, especially in our technical NPS form, where the client’s structural engineer gave us top marks for design and detailing, technical assistance, adherence to the programme requirements and other factors such as adherence to BIM protocols.
